Our Fishing Destinations
Discover some of the most beautiful and productive fishing spots in the region with Al-ways Fishing Charters. One of the best experiences is leaving from Wood lake RV park dock, we cruise across Wood lake and head into the beautiful lake of many colors, Kalamalka lake. Kalamalka is 16km long and 3 km wide and is rated We target kokanee by trolling with downriggers in the summer heat when kokanee follow the thermocline. Rainbow trout can be caught running a line just below our kokanee lines. Caught a 7 lb rainbow in 2024 season, there are definitely some big ones to be caught. Jigging for trophy lake trout will be offered in 2025 season. Catch and release only for these big lake trout.
